    I just tried to price match the xbox version with Target chat, and they said it wasn't eligible. Why?

    got this at a gamestop for $15, 15 min drive away from me. It was factory sealed, brand new. Upgraded with no issue to PS5 version.

    GameStop has been selling used and open box as "New" for online orders. If you need it to actually be "new" get it in the store.

    Report your experience to the FTC. I'm not a lawyer, but I think that might be fraud.

    I also think it's been happening A LOT for online orders (I've been seeing posts on reddit and BBB about this, and it also personally happened to me recently… ordered 6 new games, but two of them were used/open box)
