The ROCK LIKE DOLLY SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and D.C, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time/date of entry and who have registered for Sponsor's loyalty program Cracker Barrel Rewards™ (the "Rewards Program") before entry.
The Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 30, 2023, and ends at (and all entries must be received by the Sponsor on or before) 11:59:59 a.m. ET on December 4, 2023 (the "Entry Period").
Limit: one (1) entry per person total under this Sweepstakes.
There will be six hundred sixty-seven (667) total prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes. The prize is: One (1) Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® Black Rocker rocking chair with an imprinted "Dolly" Signature ("Rocking Chair"). Rocking Chairs are pre-assembled for Local Drawing and National Drawing winners. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes is $350.
If you live within twenty (20) miles of a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) your entry will be allocated to and entered in a single Sweepstakes drawing for your local Cracker Barrel (each, a "Local Drawing"). Each winner of a Local Drawing will be required to pick up the prize from the Sponsor designated local Cracker Barrel Old Country Store®, between December 21, 2023 and January 5, 2024, or forfeit the prize.
National Drawing: If you do not live within twenty (20) miles of a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) your entry will be allocated to and entered in a single national Sweepstakes drawing (the "National Drawing"). Each winner of the National Drawing will be shipped the prize.
