Hinge is a weakness. Great until they break and expect about 2 years so get extended warranty.

Had two. Second one rigorously careful to open from both sides. Doesn't matter.

Bought this a few years back and loved it except it was way too hard to open and close and after about a year the front panel which was all glass cracked right at one of the hinges due to the stress and then started spreading. Other than that I loved the laptop and it turned me into a Lenovo fan.

Do the Open Box versions also get you the same manufacturer warranty, or zilch?

Also - any price match opportunities at other retailers that may net a better cashback either from cashback companies, or credit cards like Amex/ Chase, etc?

Hinge is a weakness. Great until they break and expect about 2 years so get extended warranty.

Had two. Second one rigorously careful to open from both sides. Doesn't matter.

Why doesn't Lenovo.com have it at this price? The i7 version is matched to the BBY price using the code BBYDEALS. Strange.

I agree .. same happened with me .. Hinge issue is a serious issue.. still no one cares from Lenova side..

I purchased two Lenovo laptops in 2021.... Both laptops experienced quality issues right after 1 year.... one laptop- a hinge broke and the screen started separating from the frame.... delamination.... 2nd laptop had a screen flickering issue.... since then I decided not to buy any Lenovo... trust and learn from my experience.... otherwise you will learn from your experience. They have serious quality issues.... Google it...

Been using the Yoga 9i for the last month. Beautiful OLED screen, pretty fast. Incredibly good touch screen and speakers are really good. Only thing I can say I dislike is the fans can get a bit loud. Wish battery life was a little better. i7, 512, 16gb, 2k oled. I am a Yoga fan, RIP surface.

My friends Yoga lasted 6 months before the hinge cracked his screen. Lenovo told him to go f-ck himself, in so many words of course.
