I'm not a fan of Intel, dead platform and high power usage, but you can grab the CPU/MOB/RAM combo from newegg for $350 and build from there. To save some money, the 2nd build with the 5500 is still decent paired with the 6650XT. You can upgrade to a 5800X3D and a higher end GPU which I why I included a high tier rated 850w PSU.

I picked up an HP 5600G system just before XMas and one really big limitation is no support for PCIe 4.0 and I had a heck of a time upgrading to DDR4 with 3600 speed.

The PCIe4 is a limitation of the 5600G and it really killed the performance on the WD Nvme - my 3800X system was getting almost 7000 where-as the 5600G desktop had max of 1800 I think - the identical HD.

I guess it is kind of crazy to throw in a super performance nvme in these systems anyway; however, it was a good deal and I needed a 2TB.

If you're specifically looking at a prebuilt, the Legion below is well worth the extra $100.
