Adding to this my experience getting my tires service and rotated through them was painful. No way to book it online. Either phone or in person. Furthermore my local Sam's service wasn't great.
Last thing to note. My local Sams tire prices aren't fixed. I'm not sure if that is nation wide or not. If yours is like mine it is very possible to barter the sticker price.

You are right it's annoying to book appointments. They are slow at typing it in and communication isn't great.
