Deals dead anyone who tells you they got this after this post for 800.00 is lying. Unless they figured out a way to game the system and got a fake EDU account. Then you get it for $934. But the sale went to $200 off is over. The code is expired. I just spoke to support for like an hour

Order Placed 5:04 PM PDT, well after the ~8AM posting of OP.
I have a real EDU account, which brought it to $937 before tax. The support rep gives you a custom checkout link tied to your account and they tell you to use the same browser window to check it out since it gives them credit. That total I saw in the cart was in the screenshot above and that is what I paid after tax.
I spent ~2 hours with I want to say 7 support reps unable to get anywhere, they all kept saying the promo was timed, it expired, it never existed, etc. The trick was to get ahold of them at checkout and not anywhere else, the sub-menu was different and had a specific "discounts" section. The very first rep I simply asked "I'd like to see if there were any discount promos for this monitor I have in my cart with EDU pricing", they immediately asked for my name, address, etc. to create a custom checkout link that had my info filled in already, I just put in my CC and checked out.

Yeah, in the checkout screen there was a bubble in the lower left that said "Chat with an expert about time-sensitive offers". I clicked that and asked the guy about the "time sensitive offers" for the monitor and he pasted a code right away said it's for $200 off.

Out of curiosity $200 off of what price though? $937 edu price so 200 off should be $737.
For those that elected shipping to home, have your orders shipped? Thinking the delivery date will get pushed similar to what the reddit thread described

Maybe I am just a snob, but knowing someone else is getting something $200 cheaper than I can makes it a dealbreaker
that being said, my education account is only getting $70 off ðŸ˜
