You get what you pay for... Ninja makes so much trash.

Most of their products rarely last more than a 2-3 years unless you rarely use it and/or baby it.

Cheap construction and plastic everywhere, including in the driveline for blenders, food processors and such.

Short 1-year warranties... for obvious reasons.

In the intermediate and longer-term, you rarely truly save by buying this brand over better quality products.

To each their own, I just worry about all the waste companies like this create for our ailing planet.
I bought this exact bundle 5 years ago on a BF, use it almost daily, and it is still looking and working like new. In my experience it's strong and durable and the actual downside is how loud it is.

Global warming and climate change is baked in. I like the idea of being environmentally friendly but our fate was sealed decades ago. Still, we could learn to live with less.

All that said, ninja has gone downhill. If you have the money get a vitamix

We have had the Ninja for a few years and it hurts the ears. Seriously. We have tried replacing it with other new ninja ones and they got sent back right away. I'm going to give the a3500 gold series a try, with a ten year warranty, and I'm not afraid to use the warranty. Add the credit card extension 1yr brings it to 11yrs. Price justified.. I hope.

This is currently on sale and pretty decent:
https://www.costco.com/vitamix-e5...ue&nf=true

Definitely much better quality, much better warranty (and it's not just a crappy limited warranty, it's a full-on warranty that covers shipping both ways too), much smoother blends, and much better customer service.

If you don't want this model you can catch good sales on their other models throughout the year too. This does come with the steel tumblers which is kind of nice.
You have any recommendation with multiple containers and blades? Thanks

I have this… got it on the previous deal. It's very good for smoothies and dough. Has enough power and accessories, doubles up as an above average food processor as well. At this price you can't go wrong.

Sometimes you can find Vitamix bundles with a personal blending cup or two, but none that I'm aware of atm... but I'm not hardcore tracking it either.

Also, of course, you can find other Vitamix bundles as well, periodically.

Vitamix isn't the cheapest upfront ticket, but still typically a good-great value over the years, especially if you blend quite a bit and catch a decent deal.

I have a Ninja coffee maker and oven air fryer. They're still solid after daily use over 2 years. No issues

Not enough specifics for in depth review i agree with your premise, quality is lacking for alot of kitchen products

Appreciate the notes. Can you suggest a better blender? Something that isn't $1000 but still has the reliability.

The only two blenders worth mentioning is...

$50-85 Oster Pro 1200 with metal gears, boro glass (no microplastic), parts are easy to replace every 5-10 years. The best $50 blender ever, I would buy 10 for gifts if needed. Had mine for 7 years, gets used once a daily. The key is you must fill it half with water to lube it. There is a food processor attachment for extra or $120 bundled

$200 Vitamix E320 or 5200. Its very overkill, but a workhorse if you find them on sale or refurb clearance. Mine running good for over 5 year at vacation house. You don't need a 400hp V8 to shred kale, but these fool proof for house guest

$100-150 Cleanblend 1800. Its Vitamix knockoff, last 1/4 the life. I dont own it.

The only good Ninja is Air fry XL Oven $120, mine gets used daily for the last 2, should last 5 years. I have two of these examples.
Ninja processor is ok for $50, but the Cuisinart Pro $150 and Kitchenaid Mini DC are built to last for compact size.
Insta Pot Duo $50 makes a great cooker these should last 5-10 years, had mine for 6 months. $100 Tiger rice cookers have lasted 10-20 years, i own the 1990 analog and 2010 digital ones.

90% of rest is plastic ewaste trash. i don't brother with burnt out motors after 5 uses or soft plastic gears

There is a similar deal at Sam's club if you have membership already. Bigger individual cups but 1400W motor instead of 1500W:

I've had mine for about three years. I use the blender cups almost daily. I've also turned some dehydrated cow liver into powder. It did fabulously. This is a great price to jump on.

Blades on this are thin and flimsy. I don't try to crush ice with this often and the blades are all bent on mine. I ended up picking up a Vitamix 5300 that was on sale for $250 the other week. I just got it today and made avocado shakes completely smooth and quiet for a blender. If you have the extra funds I would get a Vitamix. If you make smoothies only then this Ninja should be fine

I have multiple Ninja products and love them. I've owned each for a few years and have not needed to exercise warranty.

I do have a blender, not this one, and it does seem a bit louder than I remember (but that was also years ago). That's the only issue I've had with them. I use my coffee maker daily and it's great. Did a lot of research to find that model. Other manufacturers didn't produce the features I was looking for.

I will agree that in general things are terribly built these days but I have not had that frustration towards Ninja. Currently I'm having large issues with my brand new Apple iPhone (latest update riddled it with bugs), my <6 month old Dell laptop, and my Yale X Nest door lock (which is breaking in less than 5 years).
Same for me. I own quite a few Ninja products, including this blender, and have never needed to use the warranty. I've been very happy with all of them.
