Edit: don't bother. For 40 boxes it's charging me $160+ for the lowest shipping, though a lot cheaper if you add less). Also they don't take PayPal or any form of payment other than entering your credit card directly. Before you can even get to checkout you need to enter all of your personal info including name, address and phone number, after agreeing to a very long terms of service.
