I'm not sure this a great price for one, but as far as the product is concerned it's a winner. We bought the 15-in-1 version with temperature probe for $150 "used, like new" from Amazon last month, so you may want to do some research on the different models and what they are going for before pulling the trigger.
This is a "toaster oven" that actually does an EXCELLENT job of making toast! Also, the pre-heat speed on this oven is amazingly fast (like ~2 minutes to get to 400 degrees) and a big timer saver in the morning when we're trying to get kids out the door to school with a hot breakfast. The flip-up function frees up your counter space, especially since we were able to get rid of our toaster and just use this oven for toast, bagels, muffins, etc. The only con so far versus our old oven is that is relatively short, so you won't be able to get a whole chicken in there, but we've done a pork tenderloin and vegetables in it without any issues. It's rare to get a new "hi-tech tech digital" kitchen appliance that actually improves on the old school analog version, but if you read the manual and follow the directions, these Ninjas actually do a better, more consistent and uniform job of cooking, and do it faster as well.
