On Bluetti's offical website, they list 6185 S Valley View Blvd Ste D. Las Vegas NV 89118 as their address, which is 5 miles away from the West flamingo location. Also located in a retail strip mall so it might be another mailboxes place.
So it's not a total sign of being a scam/shady since legit businesses, especially a primarily import sales business like Bluetti. But also not a great sign since better businesses would have a real office or service center, etc.

-Build quality "feels" cheap (but we're talking about $269 for 718 LifePo)
-It will run a space heater on low pulling 640 watts for 52 minutes = 554 watts total before battery shutdown, if my math is right that's about 77% of advertised 718 watt capacity. I understand there is some loss and inefficiency with the AC inverter, but that was just a 52 minute test. I would expect dismal performance from the inverter when pulling less watts longer.
-No setting (that I've found) to keep the back light on
-I didn't think not having a clear battery remaining percentage would be an issue, but I miss that feature
Verdict is still out on how good of a deal this was considering these initial results.
