I received iPhone 13 today from walmart..
After inserting the SIM card and activating it, I chatted with Verizon.
The first agent refused the payoff and said it would be possible in 14 days.
The second agent sent me the URL right away and I paid $299.
Then I cancel line. I need 60days for unlock.

I tried to do it with an iPhone 14 in walmart.com when I saw this deal. It asked me to login to my Verizon (I'm with vzn), and asked for permission to pull credit. I declined. I think anything with a payment plan will need a credit check.

Though this is 36 months contract , but once you activate the line, you can pay off it via chat rep or in cash in verizon store . Once phone is paid , you can cancel the line with in 3 days to avoid activation / upgrade fees. Wait for 60 days to unlock the device.

THIS IS NOT MONTHLY CREDITS. AMOUNT FINANCED will be $299 or $99 , depends which phone you select.

Will we receive an email from Walmart and/or Verizon/AT&T with our phone number and contract details later today or will that not come until the phone arrives in the mail?
In my case for Verizon, I was given an area code with regard to my location and on the next page the new phone number with that area code was shown. Contract details with all the details with regard to Verizon were shown in the agreement which you were able to download.

Finally got two ordered after the codes came through incredibly slow. Now trying to figure out how to cancel the order that went through much earlier at regular price that I didn't notice until it was too late😡 My fault for not paying attention.

For people getting technical failure with Verizon, I went to private window and didn't sign into walmart account. Then I selected the Verizon phone that I wanted, opted new account with my wife details (it rejected for me even with good score), opted the plan, signed into account , downloaded the agreements and placed the order.

Hope it helps someone, thanks

Got cancelled due to unusual activity twice. Reset password and ordered again, still cancelled. First time ordering phone service from Walmart.
Same here. Tried twice. Called Walmart. Said it was their fraud system. They put in a request that "I'm a actual human", and to try again in 5 hours.

I got a Verizon iPhone. Should I pick a new number or transfer my number? I don't know if the phone would be pre-activated or not if I choose new number

Why is Tax on 569 when phone is discounted to 299 by Walmart. This is totally sh** show.
after dealing with a super delayed verification code i am now dealing with walmart customer service on the incorrect sales tax being charged (on $579 vs $299) not a fun shopping experience. placed a second order (separate a/c) and taxes went through correctly on the discounted price. customer service via chat didn't budge, now trying through phone.

Did you order with correct tax amount?

I took screenshots for the agreements, which included $8.5 1st month, then $8.3 for month 2-36, but tax seems based on $799, not $299.
I think Walmart screwed up. I was charged with $57x and the tax was on that amount on the Walmart side. On the ATT side, the upgrade installment is showing installment of $16.xx for 36 months.

Isn't Verizon $125/4 lines 36 months contract for free iPhone 14 plus a better deal ?
Actually, it does not have to be 4 lines. 1 line service is just more expensive for each line.

Just another data point here. I started the order process a couple/few minutes before it was supposed to go live (but was showing as orderable). Everything seems OK so far, and ATT now shows the installment plan @ $11.09/month for 36 months = $399 in total. I ordered a Blue 256GB model.

However, even though there is a hyperlink to view the AT&T installment agreement, clicking on that link does nothing. (I also turned off ad blockers and pop blockers in Brave to make sure that wasn't causing the issue.) Just in case - I took a screenshot of the page showing the correct amounts and it includes the plan ID number.

So, I would say something is definately hosed with your purchase, and perhaps you should cancel it. (I would say to call them to try to correct it, but my past experiences in this area aren't good.)

Placed order for 128Gb for $299. It charged me total of $24.xx as tax. Is that a correct transaction more or less?

So this is what happened when I tried to do the upgrade. During the agreement part, I noticed that it said $16.08 on the left and also $16.08 on the payment plan selection for 36 months, so I canceled it and try 3 more times to get it to show $8.3x on both, and then proceeded and signed. Of course, after I saw the tax Walmart charged on my order, I knew something was wrong. My ATT installment plan is showing the same, $57x financed/$16.xx for 36 months.

I tested on one of my other lines and basically got the same thing (see attached screen cap) - the numbers don't match up.

I spoke to ATT, and they said that Walmart would need to fix it, and Walmart is looking into it right now. I think this is just a system problem, not Walmart trying to pull something. We'll see...

Same thing happened to me. They reset my password and cancelled my order. The agent I spoke to on the phone said the same thing - they will remove the block from my account and I can try again in 4-5 hours.
