EK (Aka EKWB) has been around since 2003 and is one of the premier names in custom loop water cooling. Their AIOs are more recent (maybe last 5 years?) But have gotten great reviews.
I find this off brand product not on sale and suspiciously at the top of the front page. Here at Amazon a brand name (color master) similar product is on sale for $69.99. https://a.co/d/0vT86xp
Not an "off brand" product. One of the biggest brands in watercooling.
If you are not overclocking for that extra bit of performance, get a quality fan based system.
Liquid cooling don't last. Just search around the aio liquid cooling failures. you will know why.
I had a similar more expensive one, failed in two yrs. Overheat protection kicked in and it's not easy to notice if you are not monitor the temp.

EK is at the TOP of the water cooling solutions. They don't market cause most high-end builders do that whenever they build a custom water loop
In for 1, I'm willing to try it and upgrade over my Lian Li Galahad 240. Just recently upgraded to 7800x3d from 5900x and been noticing sometimes temps will go up into 80c full load.
Reviews say push/pull fans aren't really necessary so if I can't fit them top mounted, I'll reposition the other 3 elsewhere or just sell them off.
Newegg also has 10% off if you pay with Zip so that covered the cost of taxes. Zip makes $4 off the deal but you get $10 with the code ZIPFAN.

EK is in no way "off brand" as far as liquid cooling goes. I don't own this specific AiO model but I've been using their blocks and radiators in custom builds for years with no problem whatsoever.
Also the product you linked is a single 120mm radiator with a single fan; the one OP linked is a 360mm radiator with 6 fans, plus a fan/RGB hub.

I have a 7900x on am5 platform. Using a peerless assasin 120. If I got the conversion kit would this be a significant improvement? Mainly just for gaming and watching videos while gaming
I've had this EK 360 version since January. I run it in push and used the other three fans on the case. Haven't had any issues and get great performance on my 12600K. The fan hub is a nice addition. For six decent quality RGB fans, the CPU cooler, and the hub, $100 is a steal. Would definitely buy it again if I needed one.

Yes, you would get better temps and it would be much quieter.

How does EK compare to Corsair AIO's? Specifically regarding reliability?
I know I can trust Corsair since I have one and still running good and no issues since 2016. But to get another is very expensive nowadays. I
Reliability and followed warranty practices are very similar. If anything, EK is easier to work with for warranty in my experience since their support team is actually in house but both are extremely easy overall. EK did have a few issues with the early runs of this particular pump but likely those have already made it out of sales channels. Corsair uses several different designs and OEMs for their coolers with varying reliability. Some have been great, others less so. Overall, it's a wash. The price on this with 6 good quality fans is a no brainer if you are looking for a 360mm AIO. It's like buying an AIO with 3 RGB fans for $60 and buying 3 extra case fans to go along with it.

In for 1 even though i have no use for it atm. Like someone said the fans are worth it by themselves let alone a solid AIO to boot.
edit: Says it also comes with one of EK's hubs. I don't know how good they are but it's a nice bonus.
