I was very surprised at how well it worked. But of course, temper your expectations.
You can't FULLY load it. And expect things to dry completely.
I do smaller loads, which is still quite a lot compared to my old GIANT Maytag top loading.
It's quiet, efficient and it's dry when it's all done. The app notifies when it's 5 minutes away from being done. And when it's actually done.
The clothes come out damp feeling but when you expose it to air, it just dries up completely. Weird. But true.
And the clothes are nice and soft. I think the best part is the 32oz of liquid detergent. I set it to auto. And I can do a decent amount of loads.

One thing…I did buy a dedicated small battery Ryobi vacuum It makes it easier to vacuum the lint after 1-2 laundry.
Remember. The cleaner the lint basket is. The dryer the clothes come out. So I've made it a habit to just do it every 1-2 loads.
Regular clothes don't produce much lint. It's the blankets, towels and bathroom floor rugs that do.
Just things to consider and think about. I've had it for about 6 months. I'm happy.
I considered putting a second one side by side to do more laundry. Since they do sell a Y site connector for the water intake. But…I'm happy with the one.
I ended up just putting full wall cabinets where the old dry er used to be.

I don't dry my work shirts and T-shirts. Can I set it up to not try after a wash cycle? I guess air dry with no heat may be an option?
My use case is I'll do a full load wash but then they recommend only drying 60% of the full load size to improve drying with more airflow. I mix in some athletic clothing or other items that are easy to air dry with normal clothes. My main annoyance is on the 'normal heat' dry mode it locks you out for the entire cycle (or you wait 30 minutes for it to cool down after pausing) because according to the manual the inside gets too hot and there is a risk of burning. No idea if that applies to this one.
My workaround is to do a wash + dry on low heat then, go and pull the extra items out for air drying as soon as I remember, then cancel the cycle and start a normal temp dry only one. You could do a wash only, but at least this way it's tumbling in the interim between finishing and my removing the clothes.
Nothing to compare this to, period and worth every penny taking back space when i re-did my laundry room this summer.

I am going to heavily consider this tech after my next washing or drying machine breaks, just bought both new this year so hopefully will have a few years, if not I got 5 year warranties on all my items so hopefully it breaks within warranty cause we all know it will eventually.
As for the deal, someone else mentioned this was as low as $1699 so I would wait unless you need it now.
