Do you have a link to this product with a price around $12.80?
The one listed in the comment above ^ is 2x the price.
My lightning port is broken, so for me only way to charge my phone.
I have one too runs on battery.
According to esr website, this is limited to 7.5 watt charging so, I'm guessing the latter.
