Fantastic air fryer. I have had it for a couple of months now. We had issues with the dual zone ninja so returned that and bought this. By far the quietest air fryer I have ever heard and everything has turned out great. Being able to use both areas at once, at different temps, works very well. and I paid $160 for it.

For anyone curious about the Midea brand, they are the factory that makes a lot of these small kitchen appliances for other brands. They make like 90% of the world's microwave ovens, as well as other stuff for brands like Ninja, Instant Pot, Gourmia, GE, Whirlpool, etc. They've only recently started to sell the products directly themselves.

A more appropriate name for it would be tabletop oven.

Can you share how easy or difficult is it to clean?

The concept is super tempting as I would love to have both an air fryer basket and a shelf. For anyone considering, you'll want to make sure to check the dimensions before ordering. It should fit under most cabinets but it's 18.2" deep (designed for corner use).

There is also one review on the manufacturers site that complains that there are blinking lights on both zones that you can't turn off. (In case that tweaks your ADD or OCD)

Thanks for the push on height/depth. Almost bought right now and at a height of 17.7" it's not happening. Off by 1/4".

Thanks for the feedback! Just to confirm, this was selling for $160 a few months back?

How deep is the lower compartment? It looks like there's a grate, would it be deep enough to do meats like steaks and chocken pieces? or is that intended for upper area?

I'm trying to make heads or tails of the picture with the chicken and asparagus - it looks like the bottom portion flips down? Is that right? We do on-the-go meals quite frequently and find it difficult to do, say, some fries and a couple pieces of fish or some shrimp. Thinking maybe the dual-basket might be a better option than this based on the design?

They're the most common brand in China for appliances. There are storefronts everywhere selling nothing but Midea products.

So-so quality, often ugly, but they do make just about anything. Unfortunately their warranty and services are usually a joke, hence the discount prices.

Also, this air fryer sucks, 400F is the max...
