Good deal. I have the original version and use them almost every day.

I thought it is a good deal, but looks like it is the normal price now; anyhow, I bought it and I like it, it digs deeper than my older Klipsch bookshelf speakers, now I need to get a newer subwoofer
Mine arrived from Amazon in mint condish (as they should), but I was a little worried about damage in shipping. These are well-boxed and protected. I have them on 28" stands, combined with an SVS sub. A mid-level Denon AVR has plenty of power for these, as they're so efficient. After a little calibration and level-setting, they sound gorgeous: Detailed, lively and fun. They don't seem to have that overt Klipsch-y "horn" sound either -- just nice highs with sparkle. Very pleased with these and can't imagine anything better at this price. (Hell, hard to imagine anything better for under $1000.)
I'm running these as my rear speakers paired with RF-8000II's. the RP600M's sound beautiful. i got mine "in new condition" on amazon for $300, and they are great. much bigger than i thought they would be though.

I have the older model Rpm 600, with the super high efficiency (93 db?spec) anyway, they are an amazing upgrade to my old computer speakers (Bose roomate powered speakers) I bought one of thecheap Douk audio tube amps and connected to my PC with Toslink and threw in an old Polk sub. Sound is incredible, with only 35 watts. Im not an HiFi expert, but my dad is . (Wall of McIntosh equipment, amps, pre amps, granite mounted turntable and McIntosh speakers the size of a large dresser). Anyway he was impressed by the sound. (though he despises the sound of "Klipsch horn tweeters"… i dunno wtf he's hearing).
I wonder how these sound against my JBL 530's that I use as pc monitors?
Was looking to buy a second pair of 530's used for the downstairs, being about the same price as these Klipsch. But I am willing to try out, and return the klipsch if I dont like.
Two different sounds but if you can get the Ultras for this price I would go that route.
The Ultras are not as efficient as these so they do prefer more robust power IMO.

The real question is whether you like the Klipsch sound.
Community is kinda split on this.
