Just so people know, these are the worst rated clamps of all the parallel clamps. Even harbor freights Bremen is better, but this price is hard to beat.

Stumpy is/was a rep for Bora. There's a video on their YT channel showing him "test" out their circ saw guide at a tradeshow/conference.

When was the last time stumpy actually made something on his channel? His channel has turned into the home shopping network trying to peddle crap.

I avoid parallel clamps with the serrated bars. If you don't clean them perfect is make it very hard to use down the road. I haven't used these but I hate besseys. Jorgensen and powertec are better imo.

If you need parallel clamps, don't buy these. If you need to squeeze things, without parallel jaws, just get f-style clamps (articulating heads won't force piece out of alignment). I wish Bora would take these off the market. (I own 4 and have jacked up 2 panels with them.

FWIW: I prefer my pipe clamps to these and bessey parallel clamps to those.

They are great clamps, and this is a slick price. If they're good enough for stumpy nubs, they're good enough for me

First parallel clamps I've bought, and the only ones I own. I get the comment about the serrated bars, that does make it difficult to adjust. Other than that I like them just fine for the price

I have had this set (and just bought another) for about 6 months. The serrated thing is a pita if you get glue on them, but I use packing tape to avoid that just like I do with my pipe clamps. These definitely are not amazing, but for about 1/3 the cost of bessey, they're great.

With my pipe clamps is have to use twice as many and on alternating sides in order to prevent cupping when gluing larger panels and these will largely avoid that. I just glued a 6 foot heart pine bench with these and the seat panel came out pretty flat with just 4 clamps.

For a hundred bucks, I'm in for another set.

Cleaning is a pain. I usually put a bit of wax paper on my Jet parallel clamp bars, secured with painter tape underneath. Makes cleanup a breeze, but does take a bit more time on the setup.

Idk anything about that. I know he uses them. If he gets his results with those clamps, a-ok with me. Disclaimer: I use Jorgensens anyway, just saying if a guy can make quality work with them, they work.
