Important to note that if you choose reloadable card instead of debit or credit, you must spend $50 first before you get a $50 credit.

Lots of exclusions, but you could use the coupon to buy groceries and then use the $50 you would have spent on groceries to buy the item you want

If this is a coupon like last time, you could double dip by using it in store while checking out online right after you check out.

When I did this promo last year, all I had to do is put the $50 on the reloadable card but I don't know if things changed since.
That makes sense. Pretty much spending $50 if you load it anyway.

Unlike previous coupons, you can not do double dip (online with code and in store with actual coupon bar code). The $50 coupon is one time use only through target circle in the app. That means you cannot use it twice once redeemed through app.

My reloadable didn't come with anything that mentioned the $50 credit or whatever. Did yours?
No, it did not. My understanding is that you have to load $50, spend $50, and then a month later they (hopefully) credit your account $50. I probably wouldn't have done this deal again in hindsight if I knew how much of a pain it was going to be.

Does it have to be exactly a $50 transaction for the reloadable? I added $60 and spent $50+ in one transaction.

No. It comes with debit or credit card within 5-8 working days. For reloadable, not sure when.

How much time it took for redcars to arrive? I applied around two weeks back when offer came. Still waiting for card.
Still waiting for my debit card but it's only been 8 days. Weird thing is that I never received any type of confirmation email from Target after getting approved for the card and the screen saying that I would get the card in 7 days.

A printed coupon with barcode is in the envelope that comes for debit card. Look carefully.

Did Target did hard inquiry on debit card application as someone mentioned in the previous comment?

The only thing I know is that I had to log in to my bank where I have the debit card and authorize Target to have access to it. Once they verified the account, I got the approval message on the screen.

Does anyone know do you have to wait to get the reloadable card in physical form before you can make a purchase to get the $50 credit?
