Is the lumbar adjustment just up and down? Or can you go in and out also??

I have this exact seat and the commenter on MP sums up my feelings pretty well. Huge qualms with the back rest as no matter how far you tighten it, the thing still goes back like 15 degrees. Headrest might as well be non existent as it falls with the slightest amount of pressure. Comfortable on the butt but frustrating.

"Not Ergonomic
I work from home three days a week and this has been my daily driver at home for the past couple weeks. I've had to switch back to my old chair due to back, shoulder, and neck pain. Below are some of the issues I have with this chair and why I won't be using it anymore. I'm 5'11" tall and have a 30" inseam so a little longer in the torso.

Armrests: These didn't adjust down far enough for me which caused shoulder and neck discomfort/pain so I removed them.

Seat height: There was not enough vertical extension for my desk and couldn't get the correct posture so I replaced it with a third-party gas tube with more extension. Helped a little.

Seat: There is no front to back adjustment. I had to sit as far back as possible for my back to touch the backrest. This resulted in pain points near my knees. My hips were also canted back due to the profile of the seat resulting in lower back discomfort/pain.

Backrest: Not close enough to the seat and not vertical enough provides no support. I was constantly in a leaned back/slouched position which caused pain/discomfort. It is also very flimsy.

Lumbar Support: This is barely noticable due to the construction of the backrest.

I don't have the box so not sure if I can return this but it's not usable for me. There are not enought adjustments for this to be called an ergonomic chair. If you're looking for something to use occasionally it might work but I can't recommend this for a daily use office/task chair."

i just switched jobs and i got this chair now. I absolutely hate it.
I wear dress pants to work and my butt just slides forward. The tilt feature is horrible to. It doesnt "stop" where you want it to. Its got like a 1/2Inch play in it.
