A few items showed up randomly this week, even though I manually chose "combine with next S&S delivery in December".

5 items should still get you the max discount, the game now is figuring how how to get 5 items on a common delivery schedule. So much hassle now I think I'm gonna bail on trying, just doing immediate orders on S&S.
