I'd recommend skipping this and buying natural soaps like dr bronners bar soap or liquid soap. something simple like a Castille soap.

and if this is the shampoo I'm thinking of, the shampoo is a harsh shampoo and it has eye numbing agents in it to make it "tear free".

there are better options out there, especially if you intend to give it as a gift.

Edit: šŸ˜„ looks like I fell for the urband myth of eye numbing agents. I swore when we had used it, it has some sort of eye numbing agents in the shampoo when we looked at the ingredients. so maybe i was wrong as there is nothing online to support that claim.

We only used this in the very beginning but switched to other soaps & shampoos and never had cradle cap once we switched. When we switched to oils instead of lotions we never had diaper rash again. It worked so well that we buy some for friends when they had babies and they said it helped with diaper rash as well.
Which is why I say there are better options out there.

This is nonsense. There are no numbing agents in tear-free baby products. They are tear-free because the type of cleansing ingredients are large bonds that don't penetrate eye and skin barriers. They are gentle and safe.

šŸ˜„ looks like I was one of those people who fell for urban myth then. As I was looking for the ingredients to point it out and after a few minutes I found nothing to support that it has numbing agents. In fact I found multiple posts saying it never had any.

Well either way I know there are better products out there than this. But for a cheap gift I guess you could give it as a gift.
