They are the same size. However the lian li gives you 2x 160mm rgb fans which is a lot more expensive than the 2x 120mm non rgb. Not only that it's a slightly better build quality case.

I just bought an older H700 because the top is solid so pets can warm up on it without them hurting temps, I do pull the front panel off however so it doesn't look the best but it's not that bad either, though my towers are close to the floor. I wish Nzxt would update the H700 with a simple revision to make the front far more open and still looking dapper.
