I want one very badly, but can't justify the use of micro USB
$100 and I'll bite
I went thru a phase of hoarding all different kinds of mechanical keyboards but I always come back to this one. The fit, finish, feel, and the low profile key caps are just spectacular

I have the TKL version of this. I like it but I would recommend going to Best buy to try out the different switch types. Razer offers a sweet mechanical wireless keyboard with lighting now too. I haven't tried it though and don't know the price to compare.
While I love this keyboard, I'm currently on a second replacement for double click issues. That said, Logitech's support is AMAZING and quickly sends a new replacement. I think I'm just having bad luck with theem (see - that's one there) cause generally they're very well reviewed. (the newest replacement is in the box still cause I just moved)
I have wired version (G815 linear), and I agree - it's the best keyboard I've owned.
The Razer DeathStalker V2 beats it in terms of my perception of its build quality (it has a more solid chassis and better volume scroller), but the superior ergonomics of the Logitech have kept me from switching over.
I've got this one and love it. One of the best keyboards I've used. Their support was also top notch when one of the shift keys would not turn red so it would only display colors without the red mix. One chat and an email later. They sent me a brand new one and to keep the OG or recycle it. So I have a brand new backup whenever this one RIP.
This remains my favorite keyboard despite three annoying problems:
It's still microUSB.
The legends on the dark keys are very difficult to see without the backlight in a dim room. The white version doesn't have this problem, and you can also buy white third-party keys that look like the OEM ones, to work around this.
The light doesn't shine through the secondary legends, so they're always hard to see in a dim room when using the dark keys.
But I've yet to find another low-profile keyboard I really enjoy typing on the same way.

I did notice that the price of these fell on Amazon today too (probably matching BB).
Been wanting to get one of these for a while. Thanks for the great post, OP!

Probably. I used an old Dell keyboard.
