That's what I'm saying been there too, waited and wondered and went through junk with admins before!

Do not wait and wonder, do not question the situation, question them. Pepsi promos have been hit or miss this year admin/fulfillment wise.

I had that happen too. It's working in Edge. In Chrome. it's either loading the video or opening a corrupt page.
