Pro is more water resistant at IP68. The 10t is just IP54 so don't submerge it in any water. The pixel density is better on the pro. I personally prefer the pro for peace of mind with the water resistance rating.

10T is better with 8 + Gen 1 and the most important is, $120 cheaper.
