Bought the buds a few yrs back from Bose-Ebay with this warranty. Had one stop working just before I hit a year, I told them I bought it on eBay with warranty, gave them my info and within 15 minutes they told me they'd send the Buds 2 to me free and ship back the old ones. Simplest transaction ever.

Not a big deal for many but the Costco QC45 SE version comes with a cloth case. This comes with the classic hard case. Better for luggage, backpack, etc.
