According to DCRainmaker, the Epix Pro *does* charge a bit faster, though.
That said, I typically get 6 days from mine with AOD on and plenty of GPS use. Almost 2 full weeks with AOD off (gesture or touch-to-wake). After having used an Apple Watch Ultra, it feels like forever. Sure, there are other watches that last longer (and cost more or have lower-"quality" screens, or sacrifice other features), but the "5 days may as well be 0 days" attitude is pretty extreme. Not sufficient for what?
The watch from this thread also does not have a flashlight. epix gen 2 Sapphire. Non-Pro.
You need the "Pro" model (or a non-Pro Fenix 7X) to get the flashlight.
