Unless you're stealing the components, the graphics card is already close to half your imaginary budget.
I7-14700k+msi Mag Z790 motherboard+32GB DDR5 Ram = $550 at Microcenter
Lian Li ii Mesh case=$100
RTX 3060=$300
6 Case Fans = $30
CPU Cooler = $50
850W PSU=$130
1TB NVME M2=$60

You can definitely get case fans and CPU cooler for another $10 less each and a similar PSU for $100 if you want to save further, which would make it to $1200+tax
IMHO spending $200 more will get you the latest tech, which you'll not have to upgrade for quite some time. Plus, you get to choose everything, like the case, fans, PSU and NVME quality.
Only other thing you might have to spend on is the Windows license and put in some assembly effort.

But at $899 or even $799 I think it's better to spend a marginal amount more and get something that will still be relevant a year from now when nobody else is building with DDR4 anymore.
And considering this is Intel AND this is the end of the line for the socket, you'll definitely be buying a new board and probably new ram since it will probably be a ddr5 board.
Or you could just go AMD right now and get a decent ddr5 board and have easy cheap upgrades for the next 4-5 years.
ADDITIONALLY, I think pairing a 3060 with this CPU is a crime. Not even the TI? Come on. The GPU is going to bottleneck this system.

If some one goes with your build, you still have to spend on windows license. How about cpu cooler? That is about another $200 to your total for both. That is not what marginal means.

But I wanted to add, for those that do have MC and interested in building, they also have a 5600x3d combo for $270. Put that with whatever and a better GPU for a better gaming system.
This one is only "worth" $1k because it has a more powerful CPU than someone would pair with a 3060 when building. It's nit a great deal.
It's an over-specced (overpriced) CPU in an otherwise very mediocre PC.

The CPU in your PC is 36% slower (yes, 36% according to CPUbenchmarks!) than the one I posted. What balance are you talikg about? Just because *you* don't need/want an i7-13700F in *your* PC, it doesn't invalidate the value for those who do. And looking at this deal, it is insane to be paying the same money for the CyberPower PC with such an inferior CPU.
