Because you 1) don't need a ground when you have double or reinforced insulation 2) you do not need a ground if your EMC filtering is sufficient without a Y capacitor. 3) you dont need polarized prongs unless there is some function that is line to ground like fusing or a few other reasons. The electronics don't know the difference between line and neutral.

Your phone decides how much power it wants to draw. The charger indicates it's maximum capability to the phone.

charger is a bucket of water, phone chooses how much to drink.

looks like all 4 ports then the top is 45w 2nd is 30 and the other two are 18w total.

2 ports is 65w/35w top and 2nd.

There is a picture further down that lets you click to see.

If your laptop or tablet charges via USB-C, this provides enough wattage that it can replace that charger as well.

They don't need a ground prong/polarized blade because they are made out of plastic.

In what circumstances a ground wire in this device would protect it from happening?
If there was a potential user exposure to ac current, or if device was made out metal, I'd see how it would help, but for this application - no need it.

Your phone will not draw more than it can handle, 100w is maximum the charger can provide, but plugged in device itself must negotiate how much power it will draw.

Per experience, if u have multiple devices to charge, always charge your phone on the 20W usb-c port so that it will give the most wattage to both other two 100W port. Orelse, you will not get the specified maximum charging power total of 100W, just a weird config

Ground on a USB charger? You must be kidding. And do you not know how AC works? Polorized plugs? Really?! On a sealed plastic charger? This is not a thing.
