This thing is garbage. I have a 10 lb dog and he destroyed this is a day as the door flaps easily come off (and then they became chew toys).

Our dog likes most of these "puzzles". We put a bit of peanut butter in each part. This one so far he hasn't destroyed. 35 lb dog

My dog loves it and I switch up the difficulty. I never leave it and him unattended and it's lasted a year. he is 85lb gsd and kills a super chewer toy in 3 minutes.

I have one too and so far it's great. She works her way into it. Yes the flaps come of, but they are designed that they don't break and just unhinge. I think it's a great deal and build sturdy. The chests can also be taken out and put into a sniffy blanket.

We use this puzzle when we leave and it keeps our dog from barfing all over the place. He has severe separation anxiety so this gives his little mind something to think about, instead of obsessing about us leaving. Works GREAT! Has not chewed it up. If your dog chews stuff, then that's a separate issue that needs to be corrected.
