I just clicked on the links in the OP. I tried Elf as an example. I clicked the name Elf, then clicked the time at my local theater. It automatically rang up $5 tickets. I didn't try anything special or unique to get it.

Plus $1.88 per ticket booking fees. You can also just show up to the theater and buy tickets.
