[Off Topic]

"Sweet Brown Butter" does sound very delicious, but my first thought was "you mean like caramel?" which is sugar and butter, browned. So I feel a bit fibbed to, but honestly they use the same kinds of hunger-provoking language on restaurant menus and other advertising. And I can't prove that naming something like that wouldn't result in a more satisfying flavor to the consumer. It's been scientifically shown before, that presentation and even packaging items different ways can lead to the ones eating it to enjoy it more, or claim it tastes better. So I have mixed feelings, basically. Do I want to be swept off my feet with fancy flavor terms, or do I want honesty/not as flashy?

I definitely remember disliking a bag of Ruffles potato chips in the past, that featured a huge picture of barbecued ribs on the front. I don't know why I thought they would taste like eating ribs, but I did, and they definitely did not.
