Seems like the best price on a new printer that includes lidar, camera, and enclosure that is also core xy fast printing. I have the k1, it's sweet, but this is the big brother.

I have the K1 Max, not really any tinkering like my old ender 3. Honestly, just use a different slicer like Orca and it prints great. On par with my Bamboo P1S
Thats good to hear Creality stepped up their game. I read about a lot of issues with the early batches of the K1 and K1 Max. For me, the X1C was the better choice. I got tired of tinkering with my old printer + I wanted an AMS, even if it poops more than a pet dog...

These were back in stock today for Indianapolis.

If they're not in stock Bestbuy Pro tip: call free Bestbuy 1800 phone number they will price match. I had to call them, purchase the printer at the $719, then they transferred you to another department to process the price match difference and refund that difference to the card you used.

Lots came back in stock, I picked up one. Had some troubles getting the filament fed through, like the nozzle was already clogged then it kept kinking in the back. But finally got it sorted.its printing nice now, but wow is it loud. I feel like I have an airport in my house. I heard some mentions of it being loud, and I thought. How much louder can it be than my prusa mk3? Well, the answer is MUCH louder. I may have to find a home for it in the garage especially for overnight prints.

Just an FYI, users have been taking the top glass off, since it sometimes causes issues with the bowden tube at the degree it bends into the hotend.

To alleviate this bend others have taken a couple of links off the cable chain instead

Let's just say there's a reason why K1 and K1 Max are on sale and Bambu printers aren't...Pretty much every YouTuber that covers 3D printers hated them. It's just your typical Creality with way too many issues and no support.
Bambu's are on sale now Stick Out Tongue

I have seen just as many YT'er that love them and have seen many complaining about Bambu printers.

Regardless Youtube AKA Shilltube is the last place to go to get an honest review of anything!

Either they are a shill for Creality and dog Bambu, are a Shill for Bambu and dog Pusa or they are new and are trying to get that shill money so are shilling everything to try and get those free products rolling in!

CNC machines with a hotend just aren't that complicated of a device. You can literally order some Nema17 motors a controller and build a wooden frame and make one in your garage ( litarally how Prusa started BTW) We are at the technology point with 3D printers that ppeople are dogging this or that printer based on if you can see a layer line ( which is something that can be fixed with proper belt tightning and slicer settings)

Ive not used this printer but from past experience with Creality machines / products they tend to need a lot of attention to make them work properly or even at all. Crealtiy likes to make quick and cheap sales to flood the market. Often this is done before they even fully understand and can properly support the product. There are a lot of companies that make "clones" of other products but tend to cut corners when doing so. I use to use their products exclusively for years until the recent mess of the sonic pad and klipper. They really lost me then. A product that sounded great but was virtually a brick for 6 months to a year before developement got it to somewhat work. Creatlity firmware has been lacking behind the curve for years. I have since moved on from them and have not looked back. There is an old saying that usually holds true. You get what you pay for. I choose to make an investment in a higher end machine and its been the smoothest sailing in the hobby I have ever had
how long ago was your experience? I have 2 Creality Ender 3 NEO's and one NEO MAX that has printed flawlessly from the first benchy. The only mod I did was I installed a 2nd Z motor on both the NEO's ( The max came with 2) Literally zero tweaking. In addidion I hardly think you can compare a bottom end $149 bed slinger with a $1k flagship as surely the $149 will require more tinkering ( if nothing else because it is customer assembled) but also because less time is spent quality controlling a $149 product vs a $1k product as expected.

I don't print with the top glass unless it's high temp filament. I've printed a few different things for the bowden tube, none seem to help. I'm really frustrated that it takes a good 20 minutes of finagling in order for filament to get through and sometimes it just kinks when unraveling.. Must be user error but i just miss the direct drive the prusa had. I've seen prints to make that a reality on the k1Max but getting some internal errors mid-print.
