So I bought a system from them last year, and its been great, they by far had the best bang for the buck and this system is about the same. You can't put it together much cheaper. They use good brands and so far have had no issues. I got the 13th gen Intel, but I think this is better, since you have a decent upgrade path if you so choose and want to keep the system longer. Im also a fan of the upgraded PSU since future gpu's may utilize it.
So the way it works, is each day you might get a different add on to the system. Today its -50.00 off the system, another day it might be a free stick of memory upgrade, which actually is 25 cheaper than this deal, other days bigger drives, etc.
You need to select the Early Black Friday Special II, and make the adjustments I made above, or customize to your liking. You then get 5% off at the end of the order.
Also if you have a chase card, this is even 5% cheaper if you pay through paypal and link your card there.

The price is pretty close on ppp for comparable (not ideal) parts: https://pcpartpicker.coI mainly like that with this customization, I can save some time by buying a prebuilt, but still get a case I want and a PSU that is not trash. That said, if I were to build it myself I'd probably get cheaper (but possibly more compatible and sometimes better performing) 6000Mhz CL30 RAM, a faster NVMe HD, and a cheaper motherboard (which happens to be micro ATX).
My only concern is how well they'll assemble the thing and protect it for shipping ...
BTW it's slightly ($10) cheaper for the same configuration if you start from today's "Daily Deal AMD 4070 Ti"
