Number 1 ingredient is Chicken Breast With Rib Meat.

570mg of sodium - Not great, but only 25% of your daily intake. Take a look at some TV dinners or a can of soup and THOSE have offensive amounts of sodium.

3.5g sat fat - Probably about 10% of your daily intake (approx 30g).

0g trans fat.- uhhh

Don't go to fast food if you want healthy, but this isn't as bad as you assume it is.

They gotta find a way to keep people coming in and buying $12 dollar combos

They just fast they aint cheap these days! plus wendys deals usually suck. Mc donalds I get free hamburger BOGOs and 99 cent ice coffee's.... wendys might give me 2 bucks off 15$ or something silly I have to spend >15$ to get

Don't get me wrong I love wendys singles and baconators but it's just too expensive these days. Plus every time I go to fast food I think about how the prices have went nuts in the past 3 years and how they're recording record profits. Very Sus. I don't want to give them my business. Definitely going to go way less.
