Cheap but check the reviews (sort by new). Looks like a nightmare.

You need to pay $5-10 monthly rent for them. They replace it with new or refurbished whenever you have issue again based on availability; end of day you won't own it.

Bought this exact model about 6-7 months ago for about 160$. No complaints, it worked without a fuss so far.

I've seen these cheaper but I grabbed mine at Costco because I didn't trust the moving parts to not wear out. Figure if it breaks on me I trust Costco to fix it

I have this one... Though I only use it as a convenient-height platform to put the water jug and a $10 water pump on top of these days.

A little past warranty expiration, the cold water froze two or three times. Then one day shortly thereafter, I was sitting in the next room when I heard a loud PSSSHHHHHTTTTT- boiling water sprayed all over the room from the hot water faucet. Needless to say, it's been unplugged since- I have to look into how to properly dispose of this cooler at some point.

Before then, though, it was great with no issues.

I don't own one, but from what I've seen with two people that have one. One would stop working randomly for some unknown reason, and the other would take like 3 minutes to fill up a tall glass of water.

I would like one, but those issues keep me from pulling the trigger.

People should consider under the sink water filtration systems. I got mine for about 300 bucks and I'm happy with it

Well, down here in Texas, with little to no regulation on water quality, your under sink water filtration system will work hard but fail getting the sewage water, they send down our pipes, clean enough to drink.

We had this model, it crapped out after about 9 months, Primo promptly replaced it, that one lasted 2 years. We're currently a year in with a different Primo model.

I installed a relatively inexpensive 5-year rated filter on the cold water supply under our kitchen sink, so we don't have to deal with costly water refills- it's quick and easy in large part do to the bottom load.. We use this unit constantly, the warden in particular loves instant hot water.

Despite the potential frailty of these units we'll not be without one, and this is a great price.
