You need to pay $5-10 monthly rent for them. They replace it with new or refurbished whenever you have issue again based on availability; end of day you won't own it.

I bought 2 of these a couple of years ago when they were super cheap. Have had zero problems thus far. Use both the hot and cold water extensively.

Despite the potential frailty of these units we'll not be without one, and this is a great price.

Sucks that you are in prison, but keeping the warden well supplied with hot water will definitely make life easier on you...

Aren't there self cleaning units out there these days, looking for one myself. Unsure if we need to pay someone to clean these machines every 6 months or so

Also wondering if the bottom loading machines are better than top loading since you don't have to lift the 5 gallon bottle while refilling

What is the regular non deal price of this ? Looking to get a similar unit in color white hopefully with the self cleaning feature
