I miss the days of best buy gamers club unlocked (GCU)
Meh selection
I miss the old days where you could buy 3 games that just released or are about to release for $120 total. $40 each for 3 AAA titles.

BF deals being released before BF is always JUNK deals. Wait for BF and CM and the AAA titles will be on sale and even if not a BOGO deal, at least you will get what you want cheaper. Spend your money now on this crap and you will wish you had an extra 40.00 come BF to spend on the good stuff.

Kmart, about 10ish years ago, had religiously great deals on newly released games(Even AAA ones), talking about around $40. There was a Kmart rep on cheapassgamer who would inform members of the upcoming deals, ask members what they would like to see on sale, what type of deals, etc. Ah, the good old days...
Hell yeah, and then they also sometimes ran $20 coupon deals where you'd get $20 off your next video game or something like that.

Same, but at least it makes it a lot easier to just wait until each of those games hit $20 instead.

And you can get most of these games cheaper. And Black Friday is a couple weeks away.

This is a very small list of titles at least for the PS5.

Only a single switch game?!?
I don't even see a single Switch game.

Just PS4, PS5, and Xbox. 14 games now to select from.

Such a limited selection is a let down.

It was a thing as recently as a year or two ago. Target would let you get pretty much any 3 games, and even some preorders. I do agree, though, that console gaming is the cheapest it's ever been. Anyone who doesn't believe that should look up old Toys R Us catalogs from the 1990s. SNES/N64 era games were regularly $70-80+ and even disc based Playstation games were $50-60 or more.
The new 3DO with Road Rash, only $699!

Those were the days
I miss the days when I could afford 3 women at the same time and the most I've had was 5 at one time! Trust me, once you play GTA with $1 million in a quantum computer like the universe where everything feels real and there are real consequences, you may never go back to video games on a PS5, even PSVR2 can't approach it—5 women kneeling before me! I felt like Zeus! Talk about a God Code and I didn't even need to use the Konami code up,up, down down …okay I guess theree was a bit of that going on, wasn't there? 😂

Mmm, there's was never such a time. I've been gaming since 1980.

That said, you COULD get 2 brand new ones for $120 and have enough left over for a couple of pizzas.

Target buy two get one free offer is much better. First you can stack it with the red card for an extra 5% off. Second the titles are much more vast, you can now even get Modern Warfare III which was released today. Third, you can pick the games up same day in store.
