I have one. It's been perfect for my needs but maybe not for all.
I read reviews complaining of cracking plastic so I conservatively filled water below the max lines in both the outer and inner ice sections. I typically use it to cool espresso shots in the morning to make iced lattes, so only cooling a few ounces of very hot liquid. In this application, can take espresso from steaming to ice cold in about a minute. Great gadget.
I've used it for a couple adult beverages also and it takes a bit longer to cool a full 12-16oz, but still works fine.
I have one and I love it. I use it to make iced coffee from the Keurig once in a while. It's super convenient. I've also used it to cool white wine quickly before.
I have one but stopped using it because the three pieces are annoying to hand wash as instructed. It also takes a lot of space in a traditional freezer.
Mine cracked at the bottom after using it for about five months. I called Hyperchiller support to get a replacement under warranty but they denied it because the item I bought was used from Amazon.
Has anyone used these before? I got one from Amazon earlier today at that price.
I had one for a while. It didn't get hot coffee that cold, and ended up cracking within a couple of months. In my opinion, you're better off buying a cold brew pitcher or learning how to make Japanese style iced coffee.

I had one. It randomly cracked. They sent me a new one under warranty and the new one eventually cracked after a few months.
The version on Amazon is now call HC2 and it says "NEW, IMPROVED,STRONGER AND MORE DURABLE". I am not sure what changed but if it is more durable I may give it a try again. It worked well until it cracked.
Take a look at the Amazon reviews images. I've never seen a product with more pictures of it broken.

I prefer the other moms see the ice cubes in my white wine while watching my son's soccer games.

New version still cracks. Mine cracked at the bottom after five months or so but still usable just leaks until frozen.
