I actually saw one drug addict picked up discarded/trashed HP inkjet printer, apparently barely used printer without ink cartridge, from local electronics store's trash bin and try to unload to naïve people, presumably, to pay for his addiction. I wonder if those governors at the US FED is on same kind of substance as this trash picker.
