Just to chime in. This does help with hair quality and it boosts hair shaft and makes it thicker and lively giving thinning areas denser look. However, be clear that it helps hair (quality) that's already growing. That is, it provides ingredients to hair follicle (hair factory) to generate and nourish hair. If your hair follicles are not working (factory machines are dead), then this ingredient will likely not help as this is only raw ingredient, not follicle revivor. In other words, if you have genetic MPB with dead follicles, this may not help. Genetic MPB has other complex mechanism that needs to be dealt with, for hair follicles to become vital again.

This stuff made all my hair grow back and my penis became significantly larger. That's not a joke. I've also logged more than a million miles on Amtrack trains.

Been using this for a year bc bunch of friends my age are losing or lost their hair. Scary feeling knowing you could be next lol. No idea if it's working, hair still the same not sure if it's bc of the pills or it isn't my time yet. Could just be wasting my money. But cheap enough I'll keep taking them 😨

Been using this for a while, and can't confirm that it's changed my ear hair quality, but my wife does remind me to trim my ear and nose hair quite regularly. It has also helped my nail quality (especially my big toes which had begun to get kind of bumpy/wavy after turning 35ish)

Setting aside the effectiveness at reducing the appearance of balding/improving the strength of hair... I've taken biotin on and off as a supplement for strengthening nails when taking up hobbies that put them at risk (classical guitar, and bouldering) and it has worked quite well.

Though also, now that other people are mentioning ear hair - oh my god. I thought those singular, incredibly strong hairs I notice coming out of my ear canal once a month were just a quirk of getting older.

Been taking biotin for a while, not this particlar brand. Only side effect I've had are my nails growing extremely fast. I feel like I am clipping them every other day.

I usually add all items to cart (not for SandS), and then in the checkout page, convert them to SandS. I've not found another way to get multiple items to apply.
