It is small its not meant to look cool.its meant to look small and move you around. Worked great for that loved it unfortunately mines messed up now
I ride it up a pretty big hill and it manages 8-10 mph. Super speedy downhill.
I'm 6' and it's a bit small / probably looks funny but with the power assist works just fine to pedal uphill.
Absolutely cruises on flats / downhill.
The shock squeaks a bit unless I oil it.
Battery indicator has tendency to drop 2 bars under load, so make sure to charge or risk it dying. (I ride about 4-5 times, 1 mile straight up hill and 1 mile coasting down hill)
My biggest thing is I'd want more gears or more power for uphill, but all those bikes are way more
