There is absolutely no point in getting the non-hydro version. 63 vs 76 servings when accounted for there is a $5 price difference between hydro and non-hydro versions, with hydro being $5 more. However, fewer calories, less fat and cholesterol, fewer carbs makes this a no brainer

Yeah, I mean if you just need cheap quality protein, then with S&S it's like $37 vs $48. Or 54 vs 64 cents per serving. But still, as you point out save a few calories, some extra junk, mixes better. If I was a young teen/college student I'd go for the non-iso version. But now that I'm older and make a little more money, I'll spend for something slightly nicer.

And by that I mean, if you're on a tight budget, don't feel bad about getting the cheaper protein. At the end of the day, it's still a good protein and as long as you're meeting your daily protein intake, you'll do alright.

Also, between Dymatize and ON, the periodic sales are enough for me to get my protein needs met.
