Ordered one. For $35 seems worth it on it's own as just a charger, I plan to plug this into the tv too so I don't have to hunt around for the hdmi port on the back all the time.

Reviews say the speaker/mic is good, just not a lot of ports on it, biggest con noted was that thing thing cost $250 when it launched, which was crazy expensive. Says it'll drive a 4k60 display, I have my doubts if it could do more than 1 though, but there's 1 hdmi and 1 usb-c with display out.

I also assume that these wouldn't probably mesh well with Chromebooks if Linux is out of the question. Damn, I mite get one just to mess around with…

Oh, and can it run 4k at 60hz?

Google meet worked fine too. HDMI works fine but I didn't want two cords to go to portable monitor (power and hdmi)

I have almost impulse bought this several times. Wish it had a few more ports, as I just need a hub for an old MacBook I'm using as a Plex server / bootleg nas. I don't want to daisy chain USB drives or anything if I don't have to
