Great deal as you arent paying for the tickets but a lot of these places are not run well and are made so you make purchases inside to feed the animals/interact with them else its not really "worth it". Also, during the times of these types of "Free" and sale/discounted tickets the wait times grow a lot and many places can be up to 2-3 hours wait time.

Used the coupon and went 2 months ago. Went to location in NJ

Pretty cool experience and small kids enjoyed themselves a ton. You can do the whole thing in an hour but we went around twice. But be prepared to spend a ton on food coins. At least $100 for a family. You can save them for other visits but kids will want to spend it feeding as much as possible.

We went one day in the evening and wait time was 3 hours. So we went at opening the next day on a weekend and we went straight in. But by the time we got out, lines were long again.

probably much less of a crowd if you go in the morning, especially on a weekday. i checked one location and they open at 10am every day except sunday

This place is the absolute worst and should be shut down. Do not support this company. It's basically legal commercialized animal cruelty.

So to the detractors - you're aware that going without paying anything harms the company, not help them, right? Attendance numbers alone don't keep a business alive.

I only go to Chick-fil-A when I get a free sandwich, same concept.

To say they are not run well is an understatement. I got free tickets last time and I have no desire to go again. In fact I would pay to not have to go again.
