Seems to have the key features like heated / auto bed leveling. What am I missing for this price point?

You're missing the fact that it's one of the worst printers ever made sold by one of the least reputable merchants out there.

I've made that mistake before and got scammed by them out of $250.

They sent me a lemon and refused to honor their 14 day return period and then wanted me to pay $158 for shipping to get it fixed.

Stay away! This Black Friday 3d printer sales are going to be insane.

I bought the version before this (the X1) and at the time liked it so much in comparison to my Creality CR10s that I bought 5 more. They were very good printers at that time, so I would imagine the X2 with its additional features is also a good printer. That being said, mine were very good at that time, but that was 3-4 years ago...

Ever since Bambu came out with their printers earlier in the year, the whole industry has been shook up, and what was a good printer last year, is now outdated. Its still a good printer, just unable to compete in a world of Bambus.

So I am guessing that as with all other 3D printer manufacturers, Artillery is liquidating all their old printers and rushing to market something to compete with Bambu. That being said, there's probably not a better printer out there for this price and with this build volume, and not every printer has to compete with Bambu.

As far as the earlier comment complaining about customer support, that is probably true. However, they fail to mention that this is true for all Chinese 3D printers in this price range. If you want good customer support, you will be paying 5-10X more for the same build volume printer.

I know everyone will have a different opinion, but I have run a profitable 3D print business now for 6 years and had a print farm with 27 printers That farm been cut down by 70% now due to replacing the machines with Bambus..

Can you explain what Bambus changed to make the rest of the industry seem outdated?
