Yeah I am dealing with this BS now. It's false how they advertise it. Because if you trade in, it will take the full trade in value off of the full price, then apply the 25% discount. This brings it back to what the sale price is almost every day. Now if you don't have a trade in, it could be good for you, when combination with EDU discount

EPP doesn't seem to take right the trade in value off. It puts a magical number lol

EDIT for s23 ultra, it is 524.99 after $500 trade in (s21 ultra) instead of $899-500 = 399, so EPP trade in value is buggy AF

Trade in def glitched. Says 1259 before putting in trade in. Put in s23 ultra and getting 599. Should be 259 shouldn't it?

I chatted with customer service about the trade in value not pulling correctly. They were unsurprisingly no help at all.

Don't think this is bugged. I believe they shift the value of the phone higher and then give you less $ for your trade in as well.

S23 Ultra (256 GB)- $899 before trade

Wish this was true. If I get $800 for my S22U, then it should be $99, but it isn't. Maybe you need to call in?

Yep. It's intentional. The way it works (more or less) is there is a minimum price that it will allow and it adjusts parameters as needed.

Yeah they've always done this tbh. But sometimes things don't go as planned and some people manage to get some orders by for even less... which is great for us when it happens of course.

Some of yall need to realize the epp whatver seems to be a percentage discount. So if you do trade in, the discount is off the lower amount after trade in value.. ..

Its a percent.. Not sure exact percent but 25% off $2000 and 25% off $1000 is going to be different.. So you save less with epp after trade in
