Deal History
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".

You wrote three sentences. Literally every single one was an opinion. Then you suggest talking to people online like you would in person when you clearly don't heed your own advice. Lastly you proceed to double down on your double talk by casting shade on one of the games without giving any reason that might be useful to others.
Imagine your six year-old niece comes up to you with face lit up excited to interact with you and says will you play with me? You respond with, "Let's stop perpetuating bad board games when there are so many good ones.
Make this the year you don't buy a waste of time for a loved one. These are classics because they are old and well known, not because they are good."
You're yucking peoples' yums. You state these are bad games as though you can objectively measure that. You suggest it's a waste of time for others because you don't enjoy them. You even have the gall to suggest you didn't make an ignorant post.
Playing the "worst" games with kids can be a ton of fun. At these prices you can get several and if one doesn't resonate with one child a different one might. The gift is your time spent with them, not the $5 you would have used on a coffee or extra phone charger for your car.
Hard to find something to go under the tree for $5, but if you're willing to step up to $15-$20 target has many modern options that the family will enjoy (ratings on boardgamegeek can help if you're unsure)

I suggested you look for another game and you called me ignorant.
One is a recommendation (not a fact), the other is an insult.
Speak to your online acquaintances like you would in-person.
Enjoy your Monopoly 😒

Why so much anger over a board game? We as a nation brothers and sisters are doomed. Thanks politicians. By the way the popping sound of trouble is so satisfying
