WH-XM5 was literally new at half the price.
XM4 was used, however, had issues with charging. I just sent initiated return and it was a smooth process. No hoops to jump.

I've bought from this seller several times. Their prices are really good on some things.

For what it's worth, the charger itself seems to be performing better than expected. With a good cable, it's charged my ThinkPad X1 Carbon laptop, and I don't recall that this was a PPS charger, but it's charging my Pixel 7 Pro rapidly. It has foldable prongs and is pretty lightweight (129 grams). Size-wise, it's bigger than the 65W single-port Anker 715 and smaller and much lighter than the 100W Anker 736.
It's out of stock now, which may be lucky for me. They can't replace it, so perhaps they'll refund me without asking for a return.
