I have that too, but I was told via chat that any charges after the expiration date, in this case 11/15, will not be eligible for the cash back. Just FYI. So at best, you'll get one 9.99 charge back.

That's my understanding too.

Does anyone know why there are some posts talking about an 11/15/23 expiration date? I logged into my Amex account again, and I'm still enrolled in the offer from 1 year ago. I didn't use this offer because Hulu (ads) + Disney+ (ad free) didn't exceed $7.99.

I assume if you've cancelled Hulu/Disney+ but you've got time left on your subscription, you can't take advantage of any BF offers unless you make a new account?
What country are you in that you are seeing D+ ad free for 7.99. That is not true. Ad-free D+ is 13.99 or 7.99 with ads

Combo D+/Hulu with ads is 9.99 or 19.99 no ads.

I've not seen a D+ (ad free) but then Hulu with ads unless you are signing up to them differently instead of a bundle.

As for the date 11/15/23, some people only got a timeboxed offer which was like 3 months of credits.
Some like myself got $84 as $7 credits which would be 12x credits. No confirmation it would go beyond that has been confirmed.

Their terms says they don't give pro-rated refunds. If you cancel it will simply set an end date for when your next payment is. You'd have to contact customer service to try to get a refund, but remember it says you are getting 12months for price of 10 so likely if you're past month 10, then you might not.

You can ask customer service to cancel your current sub and reset your account to allow you sign up again, you should be able to switch to monthly from annual subscription on your account page, but again it would default set it to your current end date unless you called CS and asked for the end date to be immediate

The AMEX site links to https://www.disneyplus.com/the-Di...e/amexjoin but this isn't a valid URL. do you have to register through this link or can you just do it through the normal disneyplus registration?

Might be best to get monthly considering the announcement yesterday of D+ being sunset in March and some sort of platform merge to take place.

Bumping this to remind others on that $1.99 Hulu promo, if you haven't already you Need to Cancel soon before you get charged Full Price.

Signups ran 11/20 through 11/28/22 last year . https://slickdeals.net/f/16209478-12-month-hulu-ad-supported-subscription-plan-2-month-new-or-return...
I just went to cancel mine, and was offered 6 months at $2.99/month (with ads). I accepted the deal, for now. I can still cancel if a better offer comes along. Also of note, I can add Disney+ with ads for $2.00/month. I didn't do that yet. We'll see what offers come about next week...

How do I resubscribe and get the $13.99 no ads option? When I log in in a browser, it takes me to a page with only two options

$7.99 Ad-Free (Restart Subscription)
$9.99 Disney and Hulu with Ads (Buy Now)

I don't trust either button to not just start charging my Visa that is on file.

The Disney app gives me all the Disney only options, but checkout is forced through Google Play. I can't check out through Disney.

UPDATE: I gave clicking "RESTART SUBSCRIPTION" a go on the $7.99 Ad-Free option. The next screen let me select between ads and no ads, so I was able to pick ad-free and then change my billing before restarting the sub.

I took advantage of this offer, so it'll hold me over (current expires 11/25/23) until we see the Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday deals. last year, I got Hulu and Disney+ for $5/month. I see that it's either $9.99 or $10.99 for this bundle.

thanks for posting the clarification with your amex-chat; I was about to ask the same thing but realized it's only for charges up to 11/15.

(p.s. binge watching HOUSE on Hulu)

Disney site keeps giving me an error when using my blue cash card. Called Amex and verified several pieces of card info and no issues. Just won't accept the card.

I had the same issue, talked to support and they told me to try on an incognito tab on chrome and that worked for me

The Amex offer did not apply for me, but my Hulu $1.99 (With Ads) was about to expire on 11/15. I was able to go to cancel and it offered the 6 months at $2.99/mo.

I still have the $2.99 Disney+ (No Ads) option from last year and it kept that option.

So it is $6 for Hulu (With Ads) + Disney+ (No Ads).

Might be a deal for anyone still subscribed to the $2.99 Disney+ (No Ads) option.

Same. Finally cancelled yesterday. The constant prices increases just killed it for me.

Anyone get credit by changing to Amex on your current subscription? Have hulu with Disney add on ad free for $11 plus tax after last black friday deal expires.
